Building Management System (BMS) Programmer / Senior Engineer

• Design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc
• Design P&ID diagram
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
• Develop and maintai manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
• Proven track record in leading a technical team in the successful delivery of projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to cooling, solar, and electric vehicle charging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
