contracts pre-qualification coordinator

• Salary Range: Up $7K + yearly bonus
• Contract Duration: 24 months

• Organize and oversee the subcontractor pre-qualification process
• Evaluating incoming subcontractor requests for compliance before initiating the prequalification process.
• Process and evaluate subcontractor data for pre-qualification
• Enter subcontractor information and documents into SharePoint and SAP
• Maintain and update the subcontractor prequalification register.
• Participate in monthly vendor master meetings to ensure alignment between SAP data and the subcontractor prequalification system.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports on subcontractor prequalification status.

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Law, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Construction, Oil & Gas Industry, or related fields involving Subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management and subcontractor quality systems.
• Thorough understanding of strategic subcontractor management, internal, and customer service specifications.
• Experience in working within global and virtual environments, collaborating with both internal teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with subcontractor capabilities, including quality, capacity, and NDE capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system usage.
