What the role is:You manage the development of all publicity collaterals, such as news releases, factsheets and infographics, with inputs from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) units, MINDEF Communications Organisation (MCO) and other relevant agencies.What you will be working on:On this, you work with MCO and the SAF/RSN units to execute the publicity plan and manage the media on the ground at full media coverage events. You also provide the administrative support to facilitate the overseas deployment of the unit's personnel.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Mass Communications, New Media, and/or Journalism. You should have at least 5 to 7 years' working experience in the media/communications industry, and have experience and expertise in media management and public relations. Possession of strong written and verbal communications skills in English, with basis proficiency in a second language, is essential. You must possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
