HR Executive (C&B)

• Permanent role
• Work location: Central West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 830am - 530pm
• Salary up $3,500, AWS, Variable Bonus

• Compensation Management: Oversee the compensation process including market survey data analysis, salary benchmarking, and salary review cycles.
• Training Administration: Assist in training administration matters to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
• Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.
• Payroll Administration: Conduct payroll checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation & benefits management is required
