You are required to work on the development/re-development of migrant workers recreation centres (RC) and recreation hubs (RH), so as to improve recreational facilities for migrant workers, de-densify community hotspots and minimize public dis-amenities. The role contributes to ACE's objectives by providing adequate care to the migrant workers and engaging them via various events and programmes to achieve better mutual understanding and trust.What you will be working on:Development of RCs and RHs • To develop concepts and user requirements on the integrated services that can be offered in a RH, including distilling insights from various stakeholder groups and applying innovation for the new RH concept and the revitalised RC concept • To engage stakeholders and agencies and forge strategic partnerships in order to develop and subsequently operate the RH and RC in a sustainable and feasible manner in order to incorporate new concepts and service offerings within the new RCs and RHs. This would include working closely with the Design Advisory Panel comprising members from private-public sectors, as well as organizing key engagement platforms to ensure the success of the RCs/RHs. • Plan, monitor and coordinate timelines and resources for the redevelopment of existing RCs, development of new RCs and RHs. • Monitor the budget utilisation, secretariat duties, resourcing support and overall project contract and financing management framework • Operationalise sustainable funding and financing approaches and incentives, where government works with partners to run operations and programmes at the RCs/RHs. • Development of corresponding SOPs to facilitate new funding modelWhat we are looking for:

Possess tertiary qualification • Preferably with at least 2 years' working experience in operations policy, project management and stakeholder management • Excellent written and spoken skills. • Comfortable with making presentations to different stakeholders at short notice. • Good interpersonal skills to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels. • Possess critical thinking skills to analyse complex and multi-factorial issues. • Able to work independently or as a team, and adaptable to complex changes. • Keen interest in and versatile in tackling policy and operational challenges.
