We can offer you a broad and challenging role where you offer service and customer assistance during site visits.Role and responsibility:Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including testing and commissioning.Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for customer equipment onsite/workshop.Maintaining accurate record-keeping of all work performed.Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.Provide 24/7 customer service support.Traveling to regional countries, wherever necessary.Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company.Candidate Requirements:NITEC (NTC 2/3) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC equipment maintenance/repair.Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control is an added advantage.Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Availability for emergency calls and onsite visits during off-duty hoursStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving LicenseWhat we offer:Competitive salary that commensurate with work experiencesCareer advancement opportunities within the organizationComprehensive benefits and annual team-building tripAt Munters, you get the chance to influence and solve meaningful problems for society.
