Role:
  • Comprehend and address client needs, delivering customized solutions.
  • Adhere to established sales protocols to advocate and sell Marine Port Agency Services, UTG, and Offshore Diving Division Services.
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to devise sales strategies aligned with business division objectives.
  • Actively engage in the market, prioritize customer interactions, and occasionally conduct visits to understand and address customer needs, emphasizing the value of our services.
  • Generate intricate and value-driven quotes that underscore unique selling points based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure comprehension and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct business development activities, maintain client follow-ups, and collaborate with third parties as required.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and adeptness in closing deals with customers.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships through high-quality work and fair dealings.
  • Collaborate closely with HOD/LM to master cost planning and budgeting, establishing the project's cost baseline and negotiating with clients accordingly.
  • Represent the company at workshops, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, etc., fostering connections with clients and showcasing our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and acquire new clients to augment business turnover.
  • Execute any additional duties assigned by Managers and Directors in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Preferred candidates possess 2 years of Business Development experience in industries such as shipping industry/minimally logistics industry
  • Experience as a Hunter would be advantageous
