Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleThis position is for a Maintenance Technician, who is required to carry out preventive maintenance of Machine & Equipment, TPM of facilities equipment and ad hoc maintenance of production machine.Key Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for:Maintaining of all production equipment and plant facilitiesTo maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilitiesTo fabricate jigs and fixtures to augment the manufacturing processesTo follow up with requests, from all other department within the organization, for minor repairsLogging and tracking of maintenance work order, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permit, equipment checklists, etc.Daily start-up of production and facilities machinesUpkeep of Facilities services (E.g. Aircon, sprinkler protection system, plumbing, Power & lighting, etc)Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and TPMConduct weekly Single Point Training to production operatorRequirementsWe are looking for people who are experienced in maintenance and thrives in production plant environment.
