Participate in continuous improvement to support company's goals and objectives.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Plan, schedule and expedite direct materials needed to support production schedulesMonitor the status of purchase orders with Central Supply Chain and/or Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and communicate status of orders with internal customersSupport material planning group in efforts to meet delivery and inventory turn performance goalsProvide support in material issues related to engineering changes, new product start-up, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) for site.Responsible for tracking Material Planning & Delivery Assurance metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.Support in materials planning & replenishment strategies development , supply planning review and Inventory level & risk planningDevelop and ensure standard operational practices, methods and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ManagerEH&S:Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the companyReport all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisorResponsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actionsComply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Participate in audits and inspections as and when requiredAttend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safetyEthics & Compliance:Understand and carry out work performance in compliance with the UTC Code of Ethics, its Supplements and governing policies and the International Trade Policies and ProceduresACE:Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the companyMinimum ACE Associate certification under ACPQuality:Provide a quality product/service that satisfies our customers’ needs and expectations the first time, every timeEmphasize a total quality management process which provides accuracy, and strict compliance with agency regulations and customer requirements, giving the highest degree of confidence; understanding that meeting the requirements of the next employee in the work flow process is just as important as meeting the needs of external customerJob Requirements:Degree or Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fieldStrong Microsoft office skills with good analytical/problem solving abilitiesExperience in SAP systemExperience in materials planning and procurement of Direct and Indirect / MRO materials in Aerospace or Manufacturing industry preferredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage tight deadlines, highly organize, and prioritize work independentlyRaytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
