We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.As a Treasury Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a critical role in organising, managing, and monitoring stock levels to maximise efficiency. Your primary focus will be on stock ordering and ensuring timely delivery of cash in alignment with budgets and operational needs. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth coordination and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Order stock in line with agreed budgets
  • Maintain stock levels within agreed insurance limits
  • Responsible for managing ATMs & coin machines
  • Identify opportunities to manage resources more economically
  • Prioritise and manage expenditure in line with business needs
  • Demonstrate an awareness of cost and concern for value
  • Implement systems to track resources/function/cost/performance
  • Work closely with retail audit team, HR, IT teams to stay updated with policy or procedural changes
  • Manage cash centre/treasury staff by motivating and recognising the team to meet objectives
  • Undertake any reasonable requests by the Company to fulfil the role criteria and/or business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CTP - Certified Treasury Professional) may be preferred
  • Proven experience in treasury management, finance, or a related field, typically ranging from 3 to 10 years
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to treasury management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including treasury management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Eligibility:
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore
