We are a close-knit team that looks out for each other, works hard to get the job done, and encourages each other to grow - the perfect place for you to grow your career!Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and supervise all mechanical and building maintenance-related activities, including but not limited to plumbing and sanitary, ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation), and building repair works.Manage term contractors and lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities operation, troubleshooting, preventive, and breakdown maintenance works.Provide consultancy on all mechanical and building-related issues encountered at the site, offering feasible solutions, and coordinating with owners, contractors/vendors, and users on engineering functional requirements to ensure objectives are achieved.Review and enhance the preventive maintenance program to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with all domain and safety-related regulations, maintaining an updated library of related documentation.Take responsibility for project cost control and maintain quality service standards along with related documentation works.Skills & ExperienceRecognized degree/diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Intelligent Building Technology, or any related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management and related fields. Experience in projects and construction may also be considered.Certification in related fields (e.g., FSM/SCEM/LP/GMM/GMFM/WSH/SSC/SO/LEW) will be considered an added advantage.Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and demonstrate strong leadership attributes.Self-driven, resourceful, capable of multitasking, and a valuable team player.Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Recognition & Reward
