Responsibilities:

Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior projects.
Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Good knowledge of interior design materials, methods, and costs.
Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
