The Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI) at NTU is inviting applications for the position of Research Engineer I.Under ATMRI (http://atmri.ntu.edu.sg/), the Research Engineer will be part of a dynamic research team to research and develop Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics models for Air Traffic Management.Key Responsibilities:Support research and development related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Management.Develop algorithms and models (Deep Learning/Deep Reinforcement Learning), perform data mining, data analytics for advanced Air Traffic Management concepts.Develop prototypes and intelligent tools for Air traffic management.Support Principal Investigator/Team Lead with project management activities and preparation of progress reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Aerospace Engineering/Operation Research or equivalentExperience in programming; excellent knowledge of Python Programming LanguagesDemonstrated academic project experience related to applied Machine Learning, Data Mining, Air Traffic Control or Air Traffic ManagementGood English writing and communication skillsAble to work independently and be a team playerWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
