1. Communicate our programmes' value propositions and offerings, in a clear, concise and compelling manner
2. Build and strengthen awareness of our programmes across multiple target audiences and markets
3. Optimise the performance of all our owned, paid and earned digital channels, including but not limited to web, social, email, events, across lead generation, nurturing and conversion stagesThe scope includes:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email marketing, event marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintain high-performing programme websites, manage ad-hoc updates to the websites, create and maintain landing pages to optimise for lead generation
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence, including planning and execution of content strategy and calendar
- Plan and produce in-house digital creative assets, including but not limited to social videos, social posts, eDMs (on Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and e-flyers
- Work with external vendors, where necessary, to produce professional-level creative assets including photography, video production and print collaterals
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging platforms and tools for adoption
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record in strategizing, managing, executing and reporting on digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Demonstrable experience in producing in-house creative assets using design, video and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe, Canva)
- Experience in designing and creation of eDMs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush)
- Knowledge and experience in planning and executing website projects, and managing CMS platforms like WordPress
- Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook and Instagram)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven collaboration and team management skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints is a plus
