HVAC Project Sales - Central / S$ 5,000

• Prepare a quotation for air conditioning projects.
• Maintain regular contact with contractors to ensure smooth progress from quotation to sales conversion.
• Foster relationships with key air conditioning contractors to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Analyze competitor activities and weaknesses, leveraging strengths to secure projects. Interact with AS retail buyers and shop managers.
• Ensure careful accounts receivable collection within specified credit limits and timeframes.
• Collaborate with main contractors to ensure the inclusion of the brand in the majority of projects.
• Participate in weekly PSI meetings to provide updates and forecasts for equipment orders related to confirmed projects.
• Demonstrate foresight in forecasting stock requirements for A&A projects based on quotation patterns.
• Implement NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives for both new and existing dealers to ensure continuous usage as their preferred brand for project submissions.

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 year working experience in B2B Sales function
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate with Sales Oriented mindset
