Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
Understand and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and any specials, guiding guests to make informed choices that enhance their dining experience.
Ambassador representing both the BYD and the respective restaurant brands, highlighting our unique concept and fielding any inquiries related to our electric vehicle offerings

Requirements: * Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests' dining experiences

Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
Must be prepared to work on rostering shifts, weekends and public holidays.
