- Support the IB Team in the end-to-end development and delivery of IB business plans.
- Support the IB team in the governance and PMO of strategic initiatives including the preparation of action plans, coordination of stakeholders, control towering of execution, and follow-ups.
- Support team lead in the management of overseas business partners i.e. distributors, and vendors to ensure sharp and timely in-market executions.
- Own IB team reporting including liaisons with stakeholders to facilitate.
- Support team lead in managing the IB end-to-end fulfillment process and work closely with stakeholders for issue resolutions and ensure an overall smooth process flow.
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5-8 years experience in business or commercial development experience within FMCG/CPG
- A strategic thinker with strong project management skills. Prior sales accountability & exposure to P&L would be a plus.
- Good stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse sets of stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and processes independently
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced retail environment & adapt well in a start-up business environment
- Proficiency with presentations for effective communications as well as Excel data analysis
- Experience with supermarkets/ grocery chains would be a plus
- Some overseas travel may be required.
