What better way to experience Marriott International, Inc. than actually being part of us?DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIESThe intern will be supporting Marriott’s Consumer Operations team.Key responsibilities include:
- Support strategic planning and pull-through of all Select / Premium / Luxury Brand initiatives and programs relevant to the region.
- Think creatively and practically to develop, plan, and implement new Brand programming or initiatives.
- Develop impactful presentations and reports and collaborate with stakeholders and maintain organized documentation.
- Support key stakeholders on key openings and focus hotels within the Select / Premium/ Luxury brand portfolio.
- Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as required.
- Produce and distribute team correspondence, presentations and other related documents as required.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
- Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Visibility and general understanding on the implementation and execution of marketing activities.
- Knowledge of Marriott lodging products, cultures, and brands.
- Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (namely Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop would be an added advantage).
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
- Ambitious, highly motivated and an ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and a high degree of accountability.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., associates, customers, owners, agencies, partners.
- Ability to design and implement tracking systems for documents and spreadsheets.
