$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

Helps architect to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings.
Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD/ BIM standard specifications.
Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination drawings.
Involves in the compilation of as-built documentation.
Ensures CAD/BIM standard be applied on projects;
Keeps discipline drawing list be updated, ensures drawing revision system is followed.
Produces 3-Dimensional model when necessary
Works with other discipline designers and sub-contractors to support inter-discipline and space co-ordination works.

Requirements

Diploma/ITE in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft office is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
