  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and participating on networking events.
  • Achieving monthly and yearly sales target set by the management.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Preparing Quotation, Performa invoices and other forms to potential customers.
  • Plan, executed and participated in various sales and marketing activities to effectively promote company branding and products.
  • To provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive customer service at all time.
  • To ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and receive a payment within a time frame.
  • Solve any issue that arises and handle changes of the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate techniques.
  • Meet with clients/customers to get detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Explain thoroughly to the clients about our payment method and delivery before signing the deals.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyses the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • To ensure that monthly sales report is prepared on time for manager to review.
  • Working location will be at Singapore
