Food Safety/Hygiene/Quality Spec (Nutrition/Pharma, up to $5k)

• Our client, a renowned Global MNC in the Food & Nutrition/Pharmaceutical Industry
• As part of global project and expansion, they are looking for a Food Safety/Plant Hygiene/Quality Specialist
• Mon to Fri; Office Hours; Company Transport Provided

• Diploma in Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Safety or any Engineering or Sciences related field of studies
• Must have experience in QA/QC, GMP/GDP Requirements, Food Safety, HACCP, Regulatory in Nutritional/Pharmaceutical industry
• Must have experience in HACCP
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Working in the the Food Safety and Plant Hygiene Team
• Responsible for Plant's Hygiene and Food Safety
• Handling the coordination of HACCP
• Managing validation and qualification
• Handling the Quality Assurance, Quality Control of the Manufacturing Process
• Responsible for the development and review of cGMP, Quality Management System and Requirements
• Working with multiple Business Units from Production & Manufacturing to Packaging & Labelling to QA to Customer Service to Marketing, to maintain Quality, HACCP and Site Compliance standards
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance of Regulatory and cGMP standards
• Assisting with the Quality Incident and Investigation in relation to cGMP
• Risk management for Microbiological contamination risks
• Root Cause Analysis and resolving HACCP/GMP issues
• Support the investigation of Quality issues and product deviation
