This includes attending to customers, helping them select & book dresses, assisting with customer enquiries over email and phone, opening and closing of store, updating order status’, preparing and mailing out orders, accepting returns, measuring alterations required for customers, fixing and steaming dresses, fixing and changing order problems via our back end system.Involvement in other ad-hoc special projects, duties and assignments required by managementMaintain and uphold the retail outlet’s image and hygiene standards at all timesHousekeepingRequirements:1 year experience in customer service and/or fashion retailProvides excellent customer service, with great communication skillsTakes initiative and willingness to learnEfficient in HAND sewing and taking measurementsSomeone who loves fashion!Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a bonusWorking Hours are Weekday (11am-8pm) and Weekend (9am-6pm) - 2 days off a weekStarting Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per monthBenefits/Additions:
