Support in set up and process optimisation of global CRM tool to drive customer excellence
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Establish a knowledge base and continuously build training materials to ensure everyone is proficient in the tools
Identify issues with current and new processes and conduct root cause analysis
Supports in project management to roll out new product features
Take ownership of business process re-engineering to continuously improve and optimise business processes
Spot emerging trends and patterns, leveraging data to make informed process adjustments

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)
Independent and logical thinker with learning agility
Be highly collaborative across multiple cross-functional teams
Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis
Ability to work independently; can prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail
Technical familiarity and process automation is a plus
