Centre Supervisor / Operation Executive (Healthcare- Senior Care)

• Manage daily routine including meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
• Work with medical team including centre nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs are met and communicated to the team.
• Oversees the smooth functioning and operation of the Senior Care Centre.
• Participate in the orientation and provide training to new care staffs.
• Provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff in the area of provision of care to day care clients
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Healthcare Discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
