SAP FICO Techno-Functional Lead

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology;
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, covering general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting, along with expertise in SAP ABAP development, gained through roles in functional and technical consulting;
• Exhibit familiarity with SAP S/4HANA finance modules and applications;
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, meticulousness, and a strong sense of accountability with an aptitude for thorough follow-through;
• Showcase adeptness in integrating SAP with various systems, both internal and third-party software solutions;
• Display a robust proficiency in project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates;
• Exhibit advanced analytical skills and the capability to work autonomously;
• Possess effective oral and written communication abilities;
• Present the capacity to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams seamlessly.

• Knowledge of insurance practices, FPSL, PAPM, ABAP, BW, or BASIS.

• Architect, develop, and implement SAP-centric ERP solutions;
• Spearhead analysis and design efforts within the SAP FI/CO domain, often collaborating closely with vendors and interfacing applications to streamline financial workflows;
• Lead analysis in ABAP area to review HANA models and interfaces to SAP system;
• Execute comprehensive testing procedures, both internally and in collaboration with business users;
• Ensure solution stability and drive ongoing enhancements;
• Grasp the organizational business needs, encompassing existing processes and documentation;
• Create a detailed blueprint to guide project implementation;
• Conduct gap analysis to pinpoint disparities between current and target processes;
• Establish correspondence between source and target environment data elements;
• Validate reporting requirements and any customization alterations;
• Generate training materials and lead end-user training sessions;
• Oversee functional and integration testing initiatives, day-to-day queries from end users and support SAP enhancements in response to user requirements;
• Devise project workflows to ensure on-scope, on-budget, and timely project completion;
• Configure global settings, enterprise structures, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting within SAP;
• Offer post-launch support to sustain operational excellence.
