We are seeking candidates with strong order fulfillment and customer support experience, preferably within the life sciences industry. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Japanese language (business level) is essential to support the clientele market who may not be well versed in English . Additionally, a strong command of ERP and SFDC business systems will be required.
