Location: Seletar Aerospace (Pickup is provided rom Bedok, Pasir Ris and Seng Kang MRT station)

An US Based MNC with a wide range airframe and engine technologies for the Aerospace industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!Job Responsibilities:

Support the Services and Support team to achieve key growth targets by providing great customer service to the assigned portfolio of customer accounts
Work closely with sales team to assist campaigns for leads generation across company's range of products
Manage customer forecast and provide regular feedback to the planning team
Monitor and manage the administration of assigned customers including but not limited to Contract review and Quotes generation
Handle the order management process for both spares and repairs
Be the main contact person for assigned customers; manage enquiries and cases
Provide regular report and updates including sales metrics, customer satisfaction and month end
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
Proficient in SAP and MS Office will be advantageous
