$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Responsible for minor repair works and tenants/ department needs.
Assist in annual fire drills, safety committee meetings and related fire safety issues in compliance
Liaise with term contractors and tenants/ department on schedule of works and ensure minimum disruption affecting them
Manage and supervise term contract works such as cleaning services, landscape, pest control, toilet hygiene, waste disposal, etc.
In charge of security issues within the premises and property protection.
Responsible for electrical services and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with building and statutory requirements/regulations.
Develop and implement a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical/ Facility Management/ Building Services or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of local code of practices especially M&E is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
