$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Familiar with documents submission to relevant government authorities
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Prepare Variation Orders, monthly Progress Claims, final claims
Prepare Tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/ or client
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Prepare and analyze costings for tender
Allocate work to subcontractors
Understand the implications of health and safety regulations

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Constructions Building or its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
