This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and perform ad hoc duties.Adecco is partnering with a company in the Transportation Industry. They are looking for a Call Centre Agent to manage both inbound and outbound calls at their headquarter.Call Centre Agent | TransportationResponsibilities:

Perform both inbound and outbound calls to customers to assist with enquirie
Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

The Talent:

Prior experience in a call centre is preferred
Great interpersonal and communication skills
