- Develop integrated digital marketing plans across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing plans that achieve client objectives and drive ROI.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop messaging and positioning strategies that align with the client's brand and target audience.
- Define performance metrics to measure campaign success and report to clients regularly.
- Provide guidance to account management and creative teams on digital marketing best practices.
- Manage the planning team's day-to-day operations, including training, development, and performance management.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client strategies.
- Direct report to the Managing Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a planning or strategy role at a digital or consulting agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience developing integrated marketing plans that drive ROI and exceed performance expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with project management tools and platforms.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
