Regional Treasury Senior Officer / Executive - $5,000 / Central

• To provide regional subsidiaries with support related to treasury and banking in alignment with headquarters' guidelines. This includes:
• Handling daily cash management tasks such as monitoring bank account balances, managing foreign exchange transactions (spot, forwards, and swaps), money market borrowing, fund transfers through Swift Alliance, and inputting deals.
• Overseeing mass payment operations.
• Assisting subsidiaries with monthly and RTC (Real-Time Close) closing processes.
• Conducting checks on subsidiary treasury processes to ensure compliance with company policies, including Segregation of Duties (SOD), double payment prevention, minimizing local payments, and vendor registration procedures. Additionally, reviewing workflow and procedures.
• Identifying opportunities for improving payment and collection processes, such as check warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing, and virtual account solutions.
• Managing cash pooling structures.
• Investigating bank reconciliation discrepancies and system issues.
• Verifying monthly mark-to-market entries and treasury product amounts.
• Demonstrating familiarity with Quantum GTR, the Global Treasury System developed by Sungard."

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
• At least 2 Years of working experience in Treasury function
• Strong knowledge in finance and banking operations
• Able to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
