Responsibilities: -
  • Spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition function (which includes job posting, candidate screening and selection, interview arrangement and conduction, provision of job offer, pre-onboarding, onboarding & conduction of orientation) as well as offboarding & separation function
  • Responsible for HR operations matters such as creation of electronic employees’ P-File, contract & letter preparation, work pass administration (EP, S Pass, Work Permit, PLOC), government survey, monitor & plan review for staff probation, insurance enrollment, monthly HR reports, etc.
  • Plan and manage employee performance review sessions
  • Lead the administration of company’s HR system (JustLogin system’s HR, Leave & Payroll modules)
  • Responsible for checking of employee’s claim and leave records, collate information for payroll processing, payroll processing, submission of statutory contribution, income tax, and government related claims, etc.
  • Plan and work closely with polytechnics and universities for internship program
  • Provide HR advice and support to Singapore office’s and subsidiary office (Philippines) on a wide range of operational HR issues
  • Supervise the HR & Admin teamand provide advice & guidance on HR related matters
  • Work closely with Corporate Manager in HR strategic planning and initiatives and to share knowledge and formulate the best HR practices for the company
  • Prepare HR analytical & statistics reports to Corporate Manager and top management based on current market data research and study
  • Conduct market salary research to review employee’s compensation and benefits program
  • Review HR policy and standard operating procedures in line with internal company guidelines and government regulations
  • Responsible for employee training plan, HR project development and implementation
  • Responsible for Employee Engagement Survey and analysis reports
  • Work closely with the management and employees to improve staff engagement level by conducting staff engagement events and activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR work experience (preferably in MNC context)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, COMPASS and HR practices
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently and takes initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and multitasking environment.
