  • Work closely with the team to identify different use cases of our software solutions and target markets.
  • Convey the value of our software solutions by crafting pitch decks for our potential partners
  • Taking the initiative in strategizing and approaching potential partners through research and cold emails. (cold calling where necessary)
Manage and update the company's database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Attend marketing and networking events.
  • Validate your marketing and sales strategies by tracking key metrics
Requirements
  • Driven, with a strong desire to make the most out of an internship
  • Currently enrolled in any discipline, preferably in business, marketing or tech. Alternatively, a demonstrated passion for marketing and sales.
  • Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with speaking to senior executives and seeking to build trust-based and value-added relationships with our potential partners
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-learner who thinks holistically, taking the initiative to find and execute solutions
  • Able to commit minimum 4 months of Internship.

Unlike a conventional job where employees are required to follow a pre-defined process strictly, at Hipster, you will have the autonomy to suggest solutions that work within the sales and marketing budget. This position is performance-based.
