$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Involved in M&E / ACMV projects
Manage and monitor project works
Manage project schedule, cost and quality and site safety.
Manage, plan and lead project team
Ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery.
Interface and liaise with customers, consultants and contractors.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers
Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction / Building )or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
