Regional Security Director, JAPAC

- You will be responsible for the protection of people, assets and information in the JPAC region.
- In this role, you identify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes across the organization.
- As the Regional SME (subject matter expert) in your field, your role is to identify significant security risks while delivering security services that include executive protection on area and regional visits, special events, crisis preparedness, crisis management, business resilience, security training, investigations, and other security services as needed.
- A key element of this role is to drive successful delivery of Global Security policies, procedures, standards, training, methods, strategies and programs to prevent or mitigate risk.
- You will also maintain close relationships with law enforcement, intelligence and private sector partners (to include in-country security and international security agencies).
- As a key strategic partner to the business, you will brief and advise senior management on the status of area security issues, as well as programs and relevant information from the Global Security organization.
- Master's Degree, or international equivalent in a relevant area of study and at least 10 years of experience in management with major law enforcement, military, intelligence, public or private sector security organization.
- International work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to and influence senior and executive leadership.
- Fluent English verbal and writing skill.
