- Ensure customers receive friendly and courteous service to enhance their experience.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for both front and back areas of the establishment.
- Manage the Checkout and Self-Checkout counters efficiently.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, such as setting up and closing the checkout counter, and handling end-of-day settlements.
- Follow the company's standard operating procedures for stock replenishment.
- Possess good customer service
- Role required to carry loads up to 15kg
- Able to work on rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
