- Plan, execute and reporting of overall maintenance training planning & Shut Down Maintenance (SDM) planning.
- Plan, execute and reporting of Training plan, Weekly and Monthly report, and Staff appraisal.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.
- Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.
- Responsible for technicians’ training & development of Safety Procedure.
- Responsible to ensure that equipment is properly designed, installed and equipment are performing effectively and efficiently.
- Maintains and advice on the use and disposition of spares, and Promotes equipment standardization.
- Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of chemical process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
