SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)

• Full spectrum of the HR functions
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from managers
• Responsible for recruitment of non-executive staff
• Responsible for On Boarding and Off Boarding Processes
• Performance of timely work pass applications/ renewal and cancellations for foreign employees
• Advice on HR policy and procedure and good practices with the aim of enhancing employee communication, engagement and performance
• Manage performance appraisal process
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in system and P-files

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
